13 Weeks

For about the last week, after putting up the last post I have noticed some change in myself. I have noticed the beginnings of a baby pooch. It is not strikingly obvious but you can tell that it is there. I have also gotten to the point where I can no longer button the top of my pants. I thought that all of the waists of my pants were really loose in the waist, but apparently not loose enough. I have started to keep the tops of my pants closed with a rubberband. Quite possibly the best invention ever. Now I just have to figure out how to use the bathroom without losing my rubberband. It is an interesting feeling to feel like your body is getting away from you. I am trying to watch what I eat, and exercise just to stay in a good condition and not gain weight excessively. I'm sure that as I get further along in this I am only going to start feeling bigger and bigger. It is the price one pays for carrying a baby I suppose. It's just amazing to think that there is a little baby inside there growing.
